Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located perfectly, within walking distance to Národní třída Metro Station and close to Wenceslas Square and old town. The rooms were comfortable enough but very dry and constantly hot even with the heating switched off. The service was welcoming and kind, with attentive staff, except for one particularly helpful and caring Indian technician. The dining experience was chaotic with no ample sitting space and did not meet its 4-star standards. Overall, the stay offered a convenient location and pleasant service, yet lacked in room climate control and dining quality.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms are very warm which is nice, but the open closets without doors don't provide much privacy for personal items. The location is fantastic, especially for exploring bigger cities, but it's not the most ideal for those seeking a quieter atmosphere.
My stay at the hotel was truly memorable. The rooms were lovely and well-furnished, offering a variety of amenities, although they were somewhat noisy and poorly arranged, causing a lot of resonating. On the plus side, the rooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable. The service provided was top-notch, with the staff being awesome, helpful, and always approachable. The hotel's location was excellent, being close to both tram and subway stations, as well as within walking distance of many main attractions. The dining experience was a bit of a hit and miss, with a mediocre offering that might not suit everyone's tastes. Despite some minor drawbacks, the facilities were overall satisfactory.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with clean and spacious rooms perfect for a family of four. The service was exceptional, though some staff members were not as friendly. The location was superb, within walking distance to all the attractions. The dining experience, while good, could use some improvements. Overall, great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was quite delightful. The room was lovely with a huge king-size bed and good quality bed linen, though it lacked a fresh smell. Overall, the hotel was clean and offered a good-sized room.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The location was excellent for exploring Old Town, right next to the Franz Kafka head statue. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, though the smell of cigarettes was a downside. Service was generally good, with the exception of one unfriendly receptionist. The dining experience was varied, but a bit too continental for my taste. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay.
